It’s our great pleasure to invite our national movement with 2-3 representatives at the European Committee 2011 which will take place 13-18 September 2011 in Corfu, Greece.
Arrivals: Monday, 12 September in the afternoon or Tuesday, 13 September in the morning.
Departure: Monday, 19 September.
Thanks to the administrative grant of the European Youth Foundation, the accommodation and food will be provided for by JECI-MIEC. However, the travelling costs will have to be covered by the national movements.

Please send us the travel details of the delegates together with their registration. The delegates can fly directly to the island of Corfu or to the nearby airport of Thessaloniki. For more information regarding transportation please contact us.
In case you really cannot participate, please let us know as soon as possible, too, preferably with a short indication of the reasons.
The European Committee is the highest decision-making body of JECI-MIEC European Coordination. That is why it is going to be the Coordination’s most important assembly this year
This year the main focus of the Committee will be on the role and needs as National Movements, member of JECI-MIEC European Corodination. We will also elect new leadership of the Coordination and finalise the Statutes (as decided in the last Committee). Therefore, it is very important that as many movements as possible participate at the meeting.
Apart from sending participants to the Committee, please consider as a movement to be a candidate for the next European Team / a member of the European Secretariat. Being thankful to EKNE Greece hosting the Committee 2011, it would also be helpful if you could already consider your possibilities of being a hosting movement for the next European Committee and activities during the next year.
You can find attached the timetable of the meeting and the report form for the National Movement. It is important that you Movement attends the whole sessions of the European Committee 2011.
